MISSION

STUANI is a component manufacturer specialized in producing parts for air springs. It supplies clients who manufacture air suspension systems installed on leading European and American truck and trailer brands.

Our products are made using cold-forming processes for sheet metal parts and injection molding for components in glass fiber-reinforced nylon.

The Stuani S.p.A. organization is capable of developing highly innovative prototypes based on each customer’s specific requirements, as well as pre-production series aimed at assessing the technical and economic feasibility and functionality of new designs, whether in plastic or metal.

Technical Department

A team of highly qualified engineers, continuously committed to developing innovative, tailor-made solutions to meet customer needs. Through a proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement, we design and engineer components that optimize performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.

Quality Department

A team of specialized technicians applying best practices in quality assurance and control. Starting from the analysis and implementation of customer specifications, we monitor every stage of the company’s processes—from material intake to production, all the way through to the delivery of finished products. This ensures consistently high standards and maximum reliability at every step.

Sales Department

Dedicated to meeting every customer need by providing attentive, efficient, and personalized service. Supported by a highly skilled, experienced, and multilingual team (Italian, English, German, and Spanish), we ensure qualified support throughout every phase of the process, facilitating communication and optimizing every interaction.

Logistics Department

Structured to ensure timely and reliable shipments worldwide, with a particular focus on China, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, and the United States. For managing external processing and shipments within Europe – especially to Germany and Slovenia – we operate a fleet of four company-owned trucks, complementing deliveries handled by specialized carriers to guarantee maximum efficiency and punctuality.
