Social responsibility has shaped Stuani S.p.A.’s business model since its very beginning.

Stuani S.p.A. has been established for several years in the municipality of Settimo Milanese (Milan), where it is now well integrated into the local economic and social fabric. For over five years, the company has actively contributed to the municipal program for the transportation of people with disabilities.

Its multicultural workforce is one of the company’s most valuable intangible assets and is managed with great care to ensure integration, engagement, and participation from all employees.

Every year, the company offers its staff a range of training initiatives, including language courses, technical skills development, and safety training.

In a broader perspective, the company is also committed to avoiding the procurement of materials from sources that may contribute to violent conflicts in Central Africa (Conflict Minerals).
